You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not store your Google password. By signing in, you allow us to access your basic profile information (name, email, and avatar) to create your account.
You retain ownership of the content you create on plsflash.me. By using the service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the service. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your content. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to retain, return, or export your data after termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, plsflash.me and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (if any).
